AI Generate Script

As a Sym Creator, Click Create a Sym, Name sym, select the type of sym you want to create, and add a label to organize the sym within your library if needed. You can add a label after the sym is created as well. Click AI Generate option to generate a script for a scenario using Sym AI. The more detailed you can be in what you want the scenario to do with the process you are explaining and the outcome you want, the better the script will be. You can even add emotions you want the customer or agent to have at any stage of the conversation. Once you have defined your script details, click generate script. After it generates you will add keywords/phrases/alternatives like with all other script options. There is a 500 word limit for your script description.
