Alternative Words

Alternative words are different ways an agent can say a keyword or phrase, that would also be acceptable in this conversation. For example, if the Keyword Phrase is Thank You, then thanks might be an acceptable alternative. Alternative Keywords are optional but they help an agent create a natural comfortable dialog within the structured format they are learning. To add alternative words for keywords or phrases, click the agent script bubble, click Aa under the bubble, select the keyword or phrase you want to add an alternative for, then enter to save alternative. You can add as many alternative words or phrases as you want, change the point value if needed (default is 1 point) and click Save.
