There are currently 4 different ways to create Audio syms. 1. Uploading a script by utilizing our template. 2. Typing out the customer and agents lines manually. 3. Uploading Redacted Call Recordings. This feature then transcribes the call and breaks out the agent vs. customer lines. 4. Recording a Conversation. This feature can be used to record a conversation in real time, then transcribes the conversation into a sym. Additionally, our system allows you to add an unlimited amount of keywords or phrases and an unlimited amount of alternatives to add in the back end. All of the keywords have adjustable point settings for when the agents are scored. We also have Random Branched Syms, which allows a creator to include multiple scenarios into one sym. Each time a trainee runs a sym with random branching, they experience a different scenario at random.
