Beginner-Intermediate and Advanced Syms

A Beginner sym is a sym with all scripting, and prompts and highlights as to what to say and what to do. Step by Step. Line by Line. Cloning the Beginner sym and adding coaching tips and removing the highlights and keeping or adding coaching tips in the screen shots makes an Intermediate sym. The script lines with keywords are still there for the trainee to be scored, but they will not be prompted with the script line, only a coaching tip. The action to click in visual syms will still be there, just no highlight. The sym creator will remove the script and highlight in test mode so the trainee will only see the coaching tip. Cloning the beginner sym again and once they click publish, choose to remove highlights and script in test mode will give the agent no prompts. The Sym Creator can then create a module or training plan with each level so that the trainee can go back and forth growing their ability to do the process with less and less prompts and help.
