Chat Sym Creation

When creating a chat sym, you have the option to either upload a script, or type the scenario out manually. Similar to the audio creation, Sym Creators are able to add in specific keywords and phrases and adjust the point settings to ensure that the agents are typing the correct items. A Sym Creator can also create a Visual Chat, where in addition to the above, they can add redacted screen shots where screen navigation is needed.
