Editing Syms and Sym Versioning
Sym Creators can edit syms and make quick updates at anytime. When a sym is edited and you save the new version, and replace current version, this now edited sym will replace any sym that you had assigned to trainees. SymTrain will prompt this action to the sym creator editing once they republish the edited sym. Once a sym is edited, SymTrain will create a new version of the sym in playbacks and reporting so that it is very clear to the manager what version of a sym the trainee completed. You can edit a sym as many times as you want. If you have big changes, cloning might be a better option. |
