How to get help

There are 2 ways to get support:

1. (PREFERRED) While logged in, click on the ? in the upper right corner and follow the steps shown in this 31 second video. 

 

2. Send an email to support@symtrain.com with a description of the problem. Include the sym #, day, time, and what browser you were using.
