Playback

Users can see their analytics for every sym they have completed. These results include Sym Accuracy Score, Sentiment scoring, Keyword Scoring, Click Score, Completion Time, Text Field Key Word scoring, call recording, and transcript. Playbacks for all syms completed will be visible under Playback on the far-left side of the main dashboard. The playback also includes the version of the sym, in case the sym has been edited, and if the trainee completed the sym in practice or test mode. There is also an option to toggle on 'View Trainee Response'. This is on the far right under the recording. This shows what was scripted vs. what was said.
