If you forget your password, select forgot password from the login screen. It will require you to enter your username first before clicking forgot password. Once you do that you will receive a reset password email from SymTrain. Give it a few minutes and check your spam email box incase it is goes there, instead of your inbox. OR An Org Admin at your organization can also reset your password by going to Users, under actions click the pencil icon to edit user needing a password and then they click the Reset User Password green button. This will give a temp password they can send the user, for them to cut and paste into their password field on the login screen. SymTrain will always prompt the user immediately to create a unique password so that your login is secure. When resetting your password always log all the way out and start with a refreshed screen.
