Roles
Roles
There are 4 roles in SymTrain. Org Admin is the role that will give a user access to being all the other roles. Consiquently, the roles have access to the roles below their role in the list that is below the user name on the main dashboard top right. Click the down arrow to the left of the user name to show the roles you have access. Org Admin manages user access, creates teams, and can view syms, reports and playbacks. Sym Creator creates and assigns syms, modules, training plans, view reports and playbacks, and archieves syms. A Manager can create and assign training plans, assign users to teams, assign syms to users, and can view reports and playbacks. Org Admins, Sym Creators and Managers can all create and add labels to syms. A Trainee can run the syms, modules and training plans assigned to them and view their playbacks. |
