Sym Accuracy Score

Measures how closely the meaning of an agent’s response matches the expected response in the defined simulation script. It considers the context of the conversation, and it compares the response of the agent to what the script is saying or asking. It does this for each script line separately, as to be able to identify with clarity what the context and intent of each line is. You will see Sym Accuracy as a % by script line and a total at the top.
