Sym Length

Syms can be any length, however 3-5 minutes is the ideal overall length of a sym. Syms can be seconds long, and the shorter a sym is, the more likely a trainee is to practice it over and over until they are confident and know the process. If a sym is just going to be longer than 3-5 minutes, we suggest creating that sym but then breaking it down so no matter what part a trainee struggles with, they can practice that part over and over until they are proficient and confident.
