Knowing how to dissect trainee performance
Our emotional scoring algorithms correlate the voice wave patterns with human emotional reactions/responses (energy, concentration, and confidence).
The algorithms were created to detect, analyze, and reveal real and genuine emotions and pick up simulated/acted emotions. Therefore, simply changing the tone of your voice does not always result in an improvement in your scores.
