      Uploading users in bulk

      Defined terms for our user bulk upload template

      Below are defined terms for our user bulk upload template. We include what fields require data, accepted values, and correct action terms.

      Field name Required? Measurement unit Allowed values Description Notes
      First name Yes Alphabetical string Text User's first name  
      Last name Yes Alphabetical string Text User's last name  
      Username Yes Alphabetical string Text User's unique identification username  
      Email address Yes Alphabetical string Text User's unique email address  
      User role Yes Alphabetical string Text User's role within the organization

      Can be Org Admin, Manager, Creator, or Trainee.

      Important! Roles are case sensitive and must utilize proper case formatting.
      Division No Alphabetical string Text Any division(s) within the organization the user is part of  
      Status Yes Alphabetical string Text User's status Can be "Active" or "Inactive"
      Action No Alphabetical string Text Action button to add or edit user Can be "Update" or "Add"
