Using links to share syms

As a SymCreator, you will be able to share Syms and Modules via a link. The link will allow Trainees to directly access the content you are sharing but remember that they must have the Sym or Module assigned to them first or they won’t be able to see or interact with it. Additionally, the link can be added to a learning management system (LMS) or other tools, as well as sent through messaging services like chat or email.

If you want to share a link to a Sym or Module you will:

    1. Go to the Syms or Modules tab and find the content you want to share.
    2. Go to the end of the row of the desired Sym or Module and click on the 3 dots.
    3. A menu will be displayed. Now, scroll down to find the “Share” option and click on it.
    4. A pop-up will appear with a link to the Sym or Module which you can copy and paste on your preferred means of communication to share with Trainees.

Sharing the link to a Sym or Module is meant to give faster access to specific content. It is especially useful if Trainees have a large catalogue of Syms available and you want them to practice a particular one or group of Syms at a given time.
