Visual Sym Creation

Visual syms can be just Visual for screen navigation or Visual with an audio conversation. When creating a visual sym, Sym Creators can add redacted screenshots to train agents for system navigation. While creating Visual Syms, we offer 6 different types of Hot Spots. 1. Button 2. Dropdown 3. Checkbox 4. Text Field 5. Highlight 6. Coaching Tip. These hotspots are fully customizable, you can adjust certain things depending on the Hot Spot. Point settings, timing and change the font and background color. Additionally, at any time a Sym Creator is able to come in and replace previous screenshots with new ones, and all the hotspots will remain in tact.
