What assets are needed to build a sym?

Learn exactly what content gets uploaded into the SymTrain portal.

A sym replicates what agents say, see, and do. For audio syms, we need to know what gents are saying. For visual syms, we'll also need to know what they are seeing and doing on their screens. 

This is what you'll need to gather together: 

1. REDACTED call recording(s) of agents whose behavior you’d like to replicate
2. Dialogue or script
3. Screenshots (visual syms only). Should be high resolution, 1920x1080 pixels; get these by using PrintScreen/F10 on your PC, or Shift-Command-3 on your Mac. Mask PII prior to sending to SymTrain. 
4. Screen recording of yourself performing the process to be simulated. Ensure no PII is visible.
5. Storyboard for role-play scenario or situational learning
